Centre for Independent Living Showroom

We have a wide range of equipment, aids and adaptations on display in our showroom which can help you live more independently at home.

The Centre for Independent Living showroom is located in Huyton, Unit 11, Brickfields, Huyton Business Park L36 6HY.

The showroom is accessible and interactive – it’s designed to help you make informed choices by enabling you to try, test and interact with all of our equipment, aids and adaptations on display.

It includes larger equipment such as a stair-lift, bath lift, wet-room, adjustable bed, adapted toilet and bath, orthopedic chairs, wheelchairs, grab rails as well as walking aids.

We also have a variety of small, everyday products and gadgets on display, which can help you in and around the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room – even in the garden!

Our friendly and professional staff at the CIL can provide you with free and impartial advice on any of the equipment, aids or adaptations on display in our showroom.

You don’t need to book an appointment to visit the Centre for Independent Living showroom – just drop anytime Monday to Friday from 9am – 4.30pm

We’ve also produced a series of practical equipment guides and demonstrations to help you understand and get the best out of some of the aids and adaptations you may receive from local services and organsiations at our centre.
