FREE Local Help to Get Online

If you or anyone you know needs help with getting online you can take part in FREE learning ‘how to’ sessions with Knowsley FACE.

Whether your searching for jobs, setting up an email account, learning how to use an app, completing application forms, accessing the internet, filling out benefit forms or uploading your CV.

The Council’s Knowsley FACE Team  has friendly and supportive local tutors will help you to:

  • Develop your skills to become more confident in using computers, laptops or tablet devices
  • Access forms you need
  • Protect yourself on the internet
  • Access other training and support you may need including support with English and Maths or progression to accredited courses such as Functional Skills ICT or ECDL

The amount of time you choose to attend sessions depends on what you want/need to learn and don’t worry there are no exams or tests!

Halewood Library, Mondays 10.00am – 12.30pm

Huyton Library, Tuesdays 10.00am – 12.30pm

Stockbridge Library, Tuesdays 10.00am – 12.30pm

Prescot Library, Thursdays 10.00am – 12.30pm

Kirkby Library, Friday 10.00am – 12.30pm

Roby Hub (Age UK), Tuesdays 1.00pm – 3.30pm

Mackets Education Centre, Halewood, Wednesdays 12.30pm – 3.00pm

St John’s Infozone, Huyton, Wednesdays, 9.30am – 12.00pm and Thursday 1.00 pm – 3.30 pm

The Gate, Page moss, Wednesdays 12.30pm – 3.00pm and Thursday 10.00am – 12.30pm

Knowsley FACE provides the digital skills sessions in partnership with Knowsley Library Service and other community based organisations.
